Welcome to LootsQuest. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LootsQuest website (https://lootsquest.com), mobile application (listed on Google Play as LQ – Earn Free Robux & Diamonds), and related reward services operated by Perkmedia LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or accessing any part of LootsQuest, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the service.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register for an account and use LootsQuest, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your country/jurisdiction.
- Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Provide truthful, complete, and accurate registration and profile information.
- Maintain and use strictly one personal user account.
LootsQuest reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. User Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials:
- Protect your login password and authorization tokens from unauthorized access.
- Keep your registered email address current and verified.
- Ensure all submitted profile and payout information remains accurate.
You are solely responsible for all activities, reward redemptions, and actions that occur under your user account.
4. One Account Policy
Each individual user may possess and operate strictly one (1) personal LootsQuest account. Registering or attempting to operate multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Accounts associated with duplicate devices, shared device clusters, duplicate payment addresses/emails, IP ranges associated with multi-accounting, or suspicious activity patterns may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated, with all associated virtual currency and pending rewards forfeited.
5. Offer Completion & Advertiser Validation
Rewards for completing quests and offers are granted only after successful verification by our advertising partners:
- Offer completion tracking depends entirely on third-party offerwall networks and advertisers.
- Rewards cannot be guaranteed if offers are abandoned, required steps are skipped, or advertisers reject tracking.
- Usage of VPNs, proxies, or ad-blocking software that interferes with verification will invalidate completions.
- Duplicate participation across different platforms or apps is strictly prohibited.
Decisions made by advertising partners regarding offer tracking and validation are final.
6. Survey Participation
Participation in market research surveys is managed by external survey provider partners:
- Survey eligibility is determined solely by survey providers based on demographic criteria and response quality checks.
- Users may be disqualified or screened out at any point during a survey if they do not match target demographics.
- Initiating or opening a survey does not guarantee reward compensation.

- Referral account legitimacy and activity

Rewards may remain in a pending state until verification is fully completed by our automated systems and partner networks.
8. Virtual Currency (Loots)
Loots are virtual reward points used within the LootsQuest ecosystem:
- Loots have no intrinsic cash value and do not constitute legal tender or currency.
- Loots cannot be sold, bartered, or assigned to other users or third parties.
- Loots cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged outside approved in-app redemption options.
LootsQuest reserves the right to adjust, reverse, or deduct Loots balances in cases of fraud, invalid offer credit, technical errors, or policy violations.

Users may redeem accumulated Loots solely through supported in-app redemption choices. Reward availability varies by country, inventory, and partner availability. LootsQuest reserves the right to update or modify available reward options at any time without prior notice. Redemptions may require identity or fraud verification.
10. Processing Timeframes
Reward processing times vary based on the chosen redemption method. Most verified reward cashouts are processed within several business days. Delays may occur due to partner security reviews, anti-fraud checks, or payment provider processing windows.
11. Active Fraud Prevention & Enforcement
To protect our community, advertising partners, and platform integrity, LootsQuest actively monitors system activity for suspicious behavior, including:
- VPN, Proxy, or TOR network usage
- Emulator usage, rooted devices, or jailbroken operating systems
- Automated bots, scripts, or auto-clicker software
- Duplicate account creation or multi-account farming
- Suspicious IP address clusters or location spoofing
Consequences of Violation: Any detected violation will result in immediate reward cancellation, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, and complete forfeiture of all virtual currency balances.
12. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating tracking systems
- Automating gameplay or offer completion using bots or software
- Falsifying registration details or impersonating other individuals
- Abusing referral systems through fake accounts or self-referrals
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or interfering with app security

13. Referral Program Rules
The LootsQuest referral program rewards users for introducing genuine new users to the platform:

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mobile application solely for personal, non-commercial reward earning in accordance with these Terms.
15. Third-Party Services & Integrations
LootsQuest integrates with third-party providers, including offerwall networks, analytics services, authentication frameworks, and payment gateways.
LootsQuest is not responsible for the availability, policies, content, or practices of third-party providers. Users should separately review the terms and privacy policies of all integrated third-party services.
16. Account Suspension & Termination
LootsQuest reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion for fraud, policy abuse, Terms violations, advertiser complaints, or illegal activity.
Upon account termination for cause, all rights to access virtual currency, pending payouts, or platform services are immediately forfeited.
17. Service Availability
LootsQuest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service access.
Scheduled maintenance, server outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures may temporarily impact application availability or reward processing.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LootsQuest disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding platform operations, reward availability, advertiser offer participation, potential earnings, or specific redemption fulfillment.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perkmedia LLC and LootsQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost rewards, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party offerwall actions arising out of your use of the service.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Perkmedia LLC, LootsQuest, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
